Ms. Shah comes to AWS from a varied background that spans from tutoring to journalism to public relations. Her real-world experience informs her teaching ideology: Working as a journalist inspired her think globally. Working as a producer energized her detail-oriented nature and demonstrated to her how a group of people can come together to make something monumental. Working in public relations showed her results matter.

Because writing has been a central thread through her career, Ms. Shah is in a unique position to educate students in real-world applications while also preparing them specifically for their exams. Ms. Shah has also travelled internationally to perform volunteer work which speaks to her benevolent nature.
